Success comes from strong foundations

My coaching began in my first business, working with small companies to get their businesses branded and online in the early 2000s. As my interest in art, psychology and helping people developed, I moved out of the commercial space and into the creativity and development space.

If your business is straight forward and operational, then you need to hire one of the many, many talented and capable marketing and design firms and freelancers who can help you get online and connect with new customers.

If you know something is amiss but you’re not quite sure what, why or how to fix it, I may be able to help you. I have a gift for big picture thinking, analysis, alignment and practical application. I am also a fine artist and designer. I like to work with people who have something authentic and valuable to share but aren’t quite sure how to fit into the marketplace and don’t quite fit the existing template.

The best marketing isn’t marketing at all, it’s clear and meaningful communication that connects people. It’s synergistic, it’s non zero sum, win-win value given and received. I see how things fit together and know you can’t solve a problem on the level at which it exists. If it’s a roots problem, you have to address the roots. There’n no amount of pruning or hedging that will get things flowing if the roots are soggy or shallow. When you get the foundations set, everything else flows from there. You want your logistics to be an outcome of a very clear and solid understanding of what you are doing, why it’s valuable and who it benefits. Sounds simple, but people are not simple and so it takes a deep understanding of human nature, psychology and a quantum understanding of how energy dynamics work to bring new ideas into the world.
